The Toxicity Reference Database (ToxRefDB) structures data from approximately 5,900 studies or study summaries based on in vivo experiments, conducted predominantly to guidelines and specifications from the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and the National Toxicology Program (NTP) headquartered at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, into a public resource that has been used in the training and validation of predictive toxicology models.
