PFAS Structure List Based on Substructural Elements
Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
This chemical list consists of all substance records with a structure assigned, and using a set of substructural filters that has been developed based on community input. The substructural filters are designed to be simple, reproducible and transparent, yet general enough to encompass the largest set of structures having sufficient levels of fluorination to potentially impart PFAS-type properties.
