ToxCast Continuing Education Course: Navigating Software and Database Updates to ToxCast

<p dir="ltr">This is a comprehensive training on accessing ToxCast data, the open-source R packages associated with the ToxCast Pipeline, EPA’s CompTox and Exposure APIs, and supporting information pages and vignettes. Additionally, there are example use cases provided that demonstrate the various applications of ToxCast Tools.</p><p dir="ltr">US EPA's Toxicity Forecaster (ToxCast<b>)</b> program makes <i>in vitro</i> medium- and high-throughput screening assay data publicly available for prioritization and hazard characterization of thousands of chemicals.
